Finalised Pool House

Hey Guys,
Here is the finalised pool house.
I added a few textures to the house and the landscaping as well.
Just so the overall aesthetic blends a bit better

Hard at work collaborating with some of the Bim Bro's.

I went to the site at both 10.30am and 5.30pm the other day and I've taken images of the site to render into the final pics.

The 3D model is finalised and the 2D presentation is underway.

However, there are a few submission requirements for all of us to compete:

Individual assessment: The documentation and self-reflection of your own contributions to the BIM project and the group (15%).

This requires us to make our own individual reflection, so create another blog (within blogger) and this will automatically link to bim bros.

Should have a look at the submission requirements in the course outline

Make sure everyone has finished and posted their own blog well before 5pm friday 3rd of november.

Textures

Although i will add texture in Artlantis. I will try and use the following for surfaces to maintain consistency across the design.

Some more ideas

Modern Minimalist??
White makes it easy to utilise furniture for decoration...
Very simple but the lighting could create some nice shots for rendering..

A stairwell wich could be adapted to suit our needs?

Offers division between spaces but still creates a connection!

Thinking for materials just sticking to Polished concrete and a light timber (maybe even ply) and then decorating using furniture. I will post a developed furniture library soon. Feel free to give me any ideas. Particularly with furniture sites that u like the look of.
